Mandatory Contact Register


It is mandatory for all that visit the Swan Valley Adventure Centre to check in the attendance to the centre in accordance with the laws and regulations from the Western Australian State Government. 

Around the complex you will see numerous points where you can register your attendance, please note you only need to do so once.

If you do not wish to scan a QR code you may use one of our manual contact tracing list's. These will be held at the centre for 28 days, After this time the documentation will be destroyed. 

Refusal to register your attendance at the centre will prevent you from being at the centre and refusing parties will be asked to leave.

COVID-19 Safe
As a guest of Swan Valley Adventure Centre, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as an event partner.
Recognising the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and staff. With that in mind, we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Our number one priority is your health, safety and well-being. We are closely monitoring developments around the world and are in contact with local government services and the Department of Health to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable.

Our centre is required to adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures, including all local laws. In addition, we have supplemented these resources with additional COVID-19 cleanliness specific guidelines, training and information, consistent with our own high standards.

Increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including reception area, door handles, public bathrooms) and high-touch points throughout the facility.
All staff have been advised on cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses.
We continue to review food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.



Physical Distancing
Guests and employees will be required to comply with government mandated physical distancing measures while visiting our venues, as well as the capacity limitation of only one person per two square metres in any one venue.

Cleaning Protocols
High frequency cleaning has now been implemented across all areas of the occupied venues with an emphasis on high contact surfaces and frequently used areas, including function rooms, rest rooms by professional covid compliant cleaning company. This includes comprehensive cleaning of all tables and chairs between each seating, frequently changing service gears.

Hand Hygiene
The frequent hand hygiene is one of the most effective ways to prevent infection with COVID-19. Hand sanitiser dispensers will be placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas. It will be mandatory for all guests to use hand sanitiser upon entry to all venues.

Entry Screening
will continue to conduct random wellbeing checks prior to entering our venues, inclusive of the café dining areas, as well as activity centre. Any employee or guest who is unwell should not visit our venues in swan valley adventure centre and Wollaston conference centre and may be refused entry.

Contact Tracing
We encourage all guests & team members who visit our property to use the Australian Government’s COVID-Safe app when on site to better assist public health officials with contact tracing.

COVID-19 Response Team member
A COVID-19 Response team members will be on duty for the duration of the event/function to oversee the implementation of these compliance measures and will be supported by a dedicated team of COVID-19 safety trained team members.

On-Site First Aid Response
A dedicated team of qualified first aid responders onsite, who are trained in specific COVID-19 protocols and response.

Keeping our community safe is all of our responsibility and we all have a part to play. We therefore remind guests that if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, even if mild, to refrain from visiting us until they are fully recovered.
